TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

T-Adler believes that it is necessary to control the characteristics of the product, not only in the combination of guides and knobs, but also in the inspection of key parameter of raw materials, and the in-process data control.

QUALITY PLAN

T-Adler's new products are based on a lot of electrical performance data such as

KEY PARAMETER CONTROL
​
These four basic parameters are also called main line constants. T-Adler's wire forest is based on the main wire constant to design the combination of wires to determine the function of the wire.

CAPABILITY STUDY
​
T-Adler designers also use other secondary constants, and they are more generally applicable to research on materials.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
​
Resistance and inductance are properties of conductors, and they are all series elements of the circuit. Capacitance and conductivity are properties of dielectric materials. They are the shunt components of the circuit.

T-Adler will do 100% final QC and each piece of material also has its serial number. Together with the same serial number on the package, it will be more convenient for us to understand the product information and number, which is helpful in the future, develop or upgrade products with more potential and quality to the market.
