PHILOSOPHY

A speaker cable is the wire used for the electrical connections between speakers and amplifier sources.

To select the best speaker cable, we try to minimize the cable length, but still ensure your speakers are positioned apart enough from each other.

It has three key electrical properties: resistance, capacitance and inductance. Resistance is by far the most important property to look at. Low-resistance wire allows more of the source's power through to the speaker coil, meaning more power and more sound. Simple enough.

TECHNOLOGY

We select the lowest impedance conductor as the base. To meet our high requirements for capacitance, inductance and the impedance, we use 6 conductors in one speaker cable, i.e. one pair of speaker cables has 12 conductors. We use 3 pieces of conductors as the positive terminal and another 3 pieces of conductors as the negative terminal of the speaker cable. The reason is to lower down the impedance of the cable. Twisting of the conductors will lower the interference of the magnetic flux from each conductor.

We have selected 4 mm square conductors to compromise the quality and the flexibility of the cable. We use special conductors with gold content inside the strand, which prevents the oxidation of the conductor surface.
